Take a little tour Eastern Kentucky Style -
Hi Friend -
We are taking a little trip from our normal spot in Central Kentucky, to the hills of Eastern Kentucky! I am excited to share this beautiful home, nestled in the foothills. Situated on 50+/- fenced and cross fenced acres, this 1900 sq foot home is waiting for you. The main level boasts the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, bathroom (well, of course), and the primary suite. I have to mention the screened in porch just off the kitchen that I would be my coffee or cocktail nook...rain or shine!
Upstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a bonus room above the garage with it's own 1/2 bath. There are so many opportunities with this space - WFH office, gym, or just your extra get away.
Outside we have a large shop, and two barns (one with stalls), where we can store equipement, hay, and all the little animals you bring home. I would bring them all home!
Oh, let's not forget the cabin! Sitting high atop the hill, the off grid cabin is perfect for your own little retreat, or host guests through airbnb. The property is located just 15 minutes from a new off road park, that also has trail riding events for our horse lovers.
Woods, pastures, a stocked pond, and the privacy we all crave. Give me a call and lets take a look.
If you're from here - I'm glad your here! If you're looking to move here - let me be the first to say, Welcome to Kentucky!
